Jenga Force provides a platform for users to connect with construction professionals. Professionals on Jenga Force offer their services independently. Jenga Force is not responsible for their actions or work quality.

4. Project Agreements
Users and professionals must communicate and agree upon project terms, including scope, timelines, and costs, within the Jenga Force platform. Any disputes arising from project agreements are the responsibility of the involved parties.

5. User Content
Users and professionals grant Jenga Force a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce their content on the platform. Users and professionals are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their content.

6. Payment and Fees
Professionals may be subject to subscription fees for platform access. Payment terms for projects are agreed upon between users and professionals. Jenga Force is not involved in financial transactions.

7. Prohibited Activities
Users and professionals must not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities on the platform.

8. Termination
Jenga Force reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions. Users and professionals may terminate their accounts at any time.

9. Privacy
Users and professionals agree to the terms outlined in the Jenga Force Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
Jenga Force is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform or the services provided by professionals.
